Herpangina

We decided on the name of our next child: Herpangina.  (No, we're not pregnant.)  It has a nice ring to it, don't you think?  Except for the part of the word that makes me think of Herpes!

Just kidding, but Herpangina is living with us right now.  Right inside Sister's body.  That's right - we've been struck by yet another childhood illness.  Hannah spiked a high fever on Saturday night and it continued through Monday when we decided to take her to see our friend Dr. Howard.  As soon as he looked in her mouth he said in an excited tone (as if he was still a resident and he was showing off to his peers) - "I know what she has!"  I immediately thought of strep throat but he said it was Herpangina - a virus that causes blisters in the mouth and throat, a fever for 3-5 days and diarrhea.

Great.  Just Great.

She's improving today.  She's sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Prayers for our baby are appreciated.
