Today we sadly let GG (grandma gay) leave Austin and make her way back to Midland. Blaine had such a wonderful time playing with GG. She fed him all his new foods (peas, spinach, sweet potatoes, squash, zucchini, pears, peaches, applesauce, oatmeal, etc...), changed all his diapers, put him down for naps and night time, read to him, rocked him, and just spent a whole week loving on her sweet grand baby. Thanks for all of your help Mom.
Some new developments in Blaine's world. He has TWO bottom teeth (finally) after months of painful teething, Blaine's two middle bottom teeth finally broke through his gums and we can feel and see the sharp little buggers. They are making their way up! It's so cool. He is also crawling on a more consistent basis, but still prefers going right to a sitting up position from his tummy. He is SO active - always moving, playing, investigating and keeping us on our toes. Oh, also - he is beginning to pull himself up. In fact, mister man pulled himself up using the side of his crib. David walked in to get him this weekend after a nap and Blaine was holding onto the side of his crib with both hands, staring at us. David immediately lowered the crib all the way. However, Blaine can still pull himself up halfway - at least now he can't crawl out of his crib (we think!)
Not much else to report. We hope everyone is doing well.
